Effective Date: Upon Ticket Purchase

Thank you for registering for the 2026 Mastermind Summit (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. No Refunds, Transfers, or Cancellations

All ticket sales are final. Due to the limited number of seats and the planning required for this in-person event, no refunds, cancellations, or ticket transfers will be permitted for any reason.

2. Travel & Lodging Responsibilities

All attendees are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, lodging, transportation, meals, and any other personal expenses.
The event organizers assume no responsibility for travel delays, cancellations, or additional costs incurred by attendees.

3. Event Changes

While we do not anticipate changes, the organizers reserve the right to modify the Event’s schedule, speakers, venue, or content if necessary. Any changes will be communicated as promptly as possible.

4. Personal Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

5. Media & Photography Consent

By attending the Event, you grant permission for the organizers to capture and use photos, videos, and audio recordings featuring you for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, please notify the event staff in writing prior to the Event.

6. Liability Waiver

By attending, you agree that the organizers, sponsors, partners, and venue are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or personal property issues that may occur before, during, or after the Event.

7. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at any in-person gathering involves risk. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and attendance.

8. Payment Authorization

By completing your purchase, you authorize the Event organizers to charge your selected payment method for the full ticket price and agree that chargebacks or payment disputes due to cancellation or no-show will be invalid.
